purchasing an auction template, a website template,
a banner, a logo and any other works created
or produced by Wonderland-creations.com and
any works that we have not mentioned from wonderland-creations.com,
please read and understand ALL TERMS BELOW.

General
Terms By purchasing our products you are agreeing
with our terms of use.
- Sale and redistribution is not allowed for
web sets, auction templates, website templates,
banners, logos, EBay shop front and any images
that we are selling. This is only for the purchaser's
use.
- For commercial and internet groups have permission
to use web sets. However our link and copyright
at the bottom must remain. Once you have purchased
our web set, we will send you all graphics and
html page that belong to the set. You are responsible
for installing and setting up your own website.
You must know html or how to use it by using
a software package that enables you to set up
your own site and edit such as Dreamweaver,
Notepad, etc unless we specify that we will
set these up for you.
- After you have purchased the web sets from
wonderland-creations.com, you may not mix and
match web sets images from one set to another.
NEVER include any other designers' work with
wonderland-creations.com work.

Any designs, layouts, and HTML Documents on
this entire site remain the sole property of
wonderland-creations.com. Images from artists/photographers
are the property of them and retain their copyright.
The graphics may not be reproduced in any manner.

Auction templates and eBay storefront are to
be used in the eBay auctions or other auctions
site only. They are not to be used for commercial
or internet group. The link to our copyright
at the bottom must remain. If you like our auction
templates designs and wish to use them as the
website in your commercial, please contact us
as extra fees will be added toward it.

You are not allowed to link directly to any
of the graphics on our site. This is called
bandwidth theft and is a federal offence. The
exceptions are those Auction templates/Store
front templates where we have already hosted
images for you.

If your site contains pornographic material,
violence, cruelty to children or animals, discrimination
against the disabled, OR any other illegal activity.
DO NOT place any of wonderland-creations designs
on your site.

Do not convert any graphics into tubes, filters,
masks, email stationery, sig tags, gifts, or
include in any collection set for download.

Individual Image/photo - this is not including
premade web sets, premade auctions templates,
premade storefronts templates, premade logos,
and premade banners. For individual image/photo,
you are purchasing the rights to use our images/photos
in ALL of your personal or commercial art work.
You may use the images to make web sets, auction
templates, and logo. Link back to us would be
appreciated. Thank you very much for taking
